Our terms and conditions keep NintendoDSR4.co.uk a trustworthy and safe place to trade. This site connects these terms and conditions between the customer and NintendoDSR4.co.uk.
Use of this site and by placing an order, you are bound by and accept this agreement, you understand and are accepting the terms and conditions as shown below. These terms and conditions are subject to change without any prior written notice at any time.

 

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS:

In many countries it is legal to install and use an electronic upgrade in your personal game console.

Please be aware that the copying of games is illegal. Even if you own the original game, most countries laws do not allow you to use backups.
The only way you would have the right to make backups, is if you have bought the original license to use this game.

NintendoDSR4.co.uk does not advise the illegal copying and/or distribution of computer software for game consoles. The customer is responsible for checking their own countries laws, and to uphold them.

The intended purpose of our products is to allow you to use your game console to play homebrew software, 3rd party software, imports and backups of software that you legally own or developed by yourself, and any purposes which is allowed by the law.

All products supplied come with completely blank & removable EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory). If you have a blank EPROM, or no EPROM present, the device will function on a games console, but with no features of the public domain Flash File specifications.

Products are delivered to the end user does not break any circumvention laws from any country in any way whatsoever.

In its Default Legal Status, the product will work without a flash file and the product will not apply any patch to games console Bios or Controller.
Any Flash File content that you wish to use is your responsibility to do with as you please.

Please note that any modification to any console will void the manufacturers warranty.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

Payment methods accepted.

- We accept Paypal for online purchases.

-Western Union for large purchases only.

- Personal cheque, Postal Order, and Telegraphic Transfer is not accepted.

 

Our Shipping and Handling Policy.

- Successful purchases will normally be dispatched within 24 hours, but please allow up to 10 days.

-Time taken for dispatch/ delivery varies on seasonal black date (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter Holiday)

 

Undelivered Parcels.

- The postal address provided to us when purchasing must be valid.

- If any items are returned from Royal Mail, an additional shipping cost will be charged per order as your item will need to be resent.

 

Courier Services.

- UK Destinations- Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery service are provided. Royal Mail Recorded can take up to 15 days at times.

- Tracking number will be provided for Special Delivery services only.

- Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Insured up to £36 and Special Delivery Insured up to £500 are subject to Royal Mail policies. Please refer to the Royal Mail website.

 

Import Duties and Taxes.

- Customers are responsible for taxes in their own country.

- NintendoDSR4.co.uk is not responsible for these additional costs.

- Be sure to contact your customs agency for more information on these charges.

- NintendoDSR4.co.uk is not responsible for these additional costs.

- Please ensure that you are aware of the import tax (VAT) in your country as you will be liable for return shipping of your purchase if you refuse to pay the tax on your shipment.

 

Return and Exchange.

- Unfortunately we cannot exchange products unless they are received faulty or the wrong item is received incorrectly. 

- Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 72 hours from receipt of goods. 

- When returning the defective item (please do not send until you have return authorisation) then please return the whole package with the Micro SD Card Reader (USB Stick), protective case and Micro SD Card if purchased. Please include a descriptive note of the problem and include your name, email and address.

- Returned items will incur a handling charge of 25%.

- Please use Royal Mail Recorded shipping when returning defective product. If the item is found to be faulty, we will pay the postage fee for the new item to be returned. We will replace a faulty product with a new item. If the product is no longer available we will refund the money.

- We test every item returned, if a returned product is found not to be faulty by our test centre we will return the same product to you at your own cost.

 

Back Order Policy.

- All listed items are available. At times, it is possible that there could be a temporary shortage of stock. Order can be cancelled and refunded by request only if stocks are unavailable.
